The Story

One fabulous, fun and fantastic weekend KNUKNFUTZ was founded by four feisty female fossils!! Believing in fun times with family and friends, we forged on to form a frenetic form of folly. Playing this game is just plain KNUKNFUTZ!!!!!

Object of Game

Try to reduce your score by trading out 1 card at a time during your play. Low score wins.

Rules of the Game

Turn off ALL electronics and park ‘em! Let the KnukNFutz Games begin!!

Object of the game:  To win, silly!!!!

1. Shuffle all cards thoroughly

2. Dealer deals each player nine cards, face down.  No peeking!!

3. The remaining cards are placed in the center of the table, face down. Turn the top card face up (discard pile) and place next to deck

4. Each player arranges their cards face down in a grid of 3 equal rows (3 cards across and 3 cards down as follows):

   
   

Start of Play

Herein, the strategy begins.  The strategy is to get the least points possible.  Lowest score wins!    

The player, left of the dealer can either choose the top card on the discard pile or from the top of the deck.  The card chosen must be played (face up) by either exchanging that card for a face down card in your hand or for another card that is already turned up in front of you. 

Take the exchanged card and place it in the discard pile face up.  If that discard is a “KnukNFutz” (word card) the next player has the choice to pick up the card and follow the directions on the card or draw from the draw pile.  If the player chooses to play the “KnukNFutz” card it is placed at the bottom of the discard pile after the play.   Game continues with each player around the table.

If you get a vertical row of three matching cards you MAY eliminate that entire row. *Hint: You may want to keep those negative cards.

Play continues until one person has all their cards turned face up.

Note:  Before they turn their last card face up they must loudly say “KnukNFutz”!!

Each remaining player has one more turn before game round ends.

Each player adds the face value of their cards (do not count the cards that you eliminated) but do include those cards that were still face down to your total.  “KnukNFutz” (word cards) add no points to your overall ending score.

Each player tally’s their own total points and gives to the score keeper.

If someone has a score lower than the player that went out first then the player that went out first inherits ALL the player’s points and the other players receive zero points.

Once all players have dealt a round and tallied all scores the game ends and the next game can begin.

**  Watch for the “KnukNFutz” cards within the deck!  You just might be surprised!!! 

Note:  If a tie occurs, everyone keeps their own score, nobody wins the round.  ** If you forget to say “KnukNFutz” before going out you must add 5 points to your score. 

Remember low score wins the game!
